Novostate is an Israel-based company, with local representatives in Los Angeles, New Jersey, France, Ukraine, Argentina and Uruguay. We strive to provide our clients and investors top-of-the-line service and performance.

Novostate is managed by Mr. David Soloducho who serves as the owner and CEO, and Mr. Eitan Soloducho who serves as the VP Marketing.

 

David Soloducho is an experienced entrepreneur managing global businesses in a wide business array for the last 40 years; David has initiated, managed, and conducted business engagements in the fields of real estate and tangible goods and commodities. David was involved in diverse real-estate investments in the USA, Israel, Argentina, Uruguay, and Great Britain.

David acted for 7 years as the Vice-president of the Israel-Latin America Chamber of commerce and as a director in different companies.

David speaks Spanish, English, and Hebrew.

 

 

Eitan Soloducho is a real-estate entrepreneur, handling and mitigating complex deals in the Israeli and Latin-American markets. Eitan has extensive experience in sales and comprising complex real-estate ventures.  Eitan is a certified lawyer and holds a Law and MBA degrees (with specialization in Finance-Accounting & Strategy and Entrepreneurship), both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Eitan speaks Spanish, English, and Hebrew.
